Co-founder and Director of IAS, Joseph Bautista draws on 15 years experience in the industry to drive the continuous success and unparalleled growth of Integrated Architectural Solutions. The former director of an award-winning design studio, Joseph’s strong capabilities and ethical approach have led to the success of many projects. Joseph is responsible for the overall management of the Manila office. He nurtures lasting partnerships with every stakeholder to ensure clients can capitalize on the expertise of IAS to take their performance to the next level.

Jesus graduated in 2009, and became a registered architect in 2011. He joined IAS in 2014, bringing a diverse range of skills acquired on small residential building projects to large mixed-use commercial constructions. Jes’s passion is in architectural design and construction documentation, and his strengths lie in his vast experience working with diverse architectural practices and clientele. Detail is everything. A strong eye for technical and graphical presentation and his ability to maintain good relationships with builders on-site ensures that nothing is overlooked in his quest for the best result.

Over the past 11 years, Joyce has gained a wealth of experience in architecture and construction across the world. From the Philippines, South East Asia and the Middle East, to Australia and Japan, the registered architect has worked on high-end residential, commercial and retail constructions, casinos, luxury resorts and large hotels. Joyce’s expertise spans architectural interior and structural design to MEP engineering. With a highly organised and analytical mind, Joyce is driven to help clients create perfect synergy between all the moving parts that take a building beyond a safe working structure to a sophisticated reality.
For Joyce, learning is a never-ending process and she challenges herself constantly to expand her mind. She is passionate about sustainable architecture, with a strong appreciation for nature and architectural photography.

Fernan graduated from BPSU in 2008, and is a registered architect. With exposure to design, construction and BIM software application across Japan, Singapore and Australia, Fernan has honed his skills in documentation and interface work management accountability. A registered BERDE consultant, Fernan is a strong advocate for green building practises, helping clients to design and build more sustainable developments. Fernan is committed to a constant search for new ideas and possibilities to equip clients with the skills to innovate.
Jett

In 2010, Jett graduated from DHVTSU in Japan with a major in architectural design, while based in Makati, Philippines. Licensed as a registered architect a year later, Jett’s career began with the development of complex residential and commercial projects. Two years later Jett was hired by one of Japan’s biggest construction companies Taisei Corp. He quickly became a key resource in the development of the firm’s BIM system. Jett joined the Manila IAS team in 2015 as a Project Architect and BIM Manager.
Motivated by a strong interest in evolving technology and its application to architecture and construction, Jett plans to lead IAS to international recognition with a BIM software platform that defines future best practice.
